Not only are we here to treat illness, but to also provide a resource for patients on health promotion, disease prevention, health education, and counseling. We focus on the whole person when treating specific health problems. This way we can educate our patients on the effects of their problems on their own lives, the lives of their loved ones and their community.
This website was established to provide a valuable resource to our patients and their families. It allows you to access helpful information such as your rights, important legal forms, useful medical resources, and news about what is going in health care. We would also like to introduce the practice to new patients, to provide an outline of services for our existing patients and to share medical information with both patients and visitors.
